It certainly has been another busy year and there always seems to be something happening or going on in Division 1 and the Region. Our region is booming and continues to improve every year, but I won’t go into all that now as with the election coming up in March there will be a time and a place for updates.
It now is that time of year again when we all slow down for a few days to spend time with family and loved ones to celebrate Christmas, New Year, and the holidays.
This is the eighth Christmas Greeting that I have delivered to you since becoming your Councillor in 2016 and depending on the outcome in March, I hope I can continue to deliver, not only Christmas greetings, but the needs and wants of all our communities for many more years to come.
I would like to thank you all for your support, trust, friendship, patience and understanding that you have shown throughout the past year. We are all so lucky to live in such a great part of the world and it is our communities and the people that live in our region that makes the Bundaberg Region the best place to live, work and play.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas, and peace, health, happiness & prosperity in the coming New Year.
