Major Projects - Yandaran & surrounding areas

𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏-

𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 & 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬

• Yandaran Road re-stabilisation/widen/reseal from Rosedale Road to Railway line

• New Picnic Shelter and seating at Yandaran Oval

• Placement of rocks surrounding the Yandaran Oval and oval works/repairs

• Installation of streetlight for Yandaran Rural Fire Brigade

• Miara Foreshore stabilisation/protection works $850,000

• Miara Road upgrades widen/stabilise/reseal

• Miara Caravan Park upgrade works include new playgroup, new picnic area & BBQ's and sealing of roadways

• New entrance signage installed

𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 & 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬

• Miara Caravan Park upgrade works including new amenities block and upgrades to sewer system

 • Re-location of playground from on the side of Yandaran Road near CWA to the Yandaran Oval. Playground will also be upgraded with new improved equipment

• Norval Park Road sealing

All the above projects have come from listening to and consultation with the community as to what you want and need. Ultimately it is up to you, the community and what you want for your areas, as I fight for what you tell me is important.
